Крылов Алексей Николаевич

Крылов Алексей Николаевич (1893—1945 гг.) — ко­раблестроитель, механик и математик, академик, Герой Социалистического Труда (1943 г.), лауреат Государст­венной премии СССР (1941 г.). Принимал участие в исследовании Курской магнитной анома­лии. С 1919 г. — член Комиссии по исследованию КМА (с 1920 г. — Особая комиссия по исследованию КМА), предложил методику работ по измерению маг­нитного поля. В конце 1920 г. участвовал в заседании магнитного отдела ОККМА, на котором был определен район для заложения первой буровой скважины. В сен­тябре 1921 г. выступил с докладом о КМА на съезде Британской ассоциации физиков; это было одно из первых сообщений о КМА за рубежом.
